Welch and Wandsworth [General Contractors], a prominent player in the construction industry since 2006, is thrilled to announce the successful completion of their latest project, a comprehensive transformation of a private residence kitchen and surrounding living areas in Ritz Pointe, Dana Point, Southern California. This remarkable endeavor encompassed renovations to the interiors, a full kitchen demo and rebuild, as well as ancillary general interior improvements to match the kitchen design.

The project initially involved the demo/removal of an existing wall dividing the kitchen from the main living room. The Sink and appliances were moved to the new island as well as being reconfigured on the back perimeter wall. New flooring was introduced to match existing as well as all new lighting. Other features include a state-of-the-art kitchen design, superior quality cabinets (supplied by Plain & Fancy cabinets), new interior walls and fireplace, TV wall remodeled plus ceiling, sconce lighting, as well as many other decorative interior features.
