Welch & Wandsworth was established in May 2006 as a general contractor following several years of experience/collaboration between Jason Welch (License #904363) and Benjamin Davies (License #877102) working for a major group specializing in large residential and commercial property developments in S. California.
Since that time, we have completed a wide range of residential projects have been undertaken covering kitchen replacements through to complete home remodel and re-build projects. We have established a strong reputation for excellent work ethics, performance, reliability and on-time construction completion. Various showcase completed projects are available to view in the Orange County area and field visits can be arranged if you are interested in seeing any of these completed projects.
Ben Davies
Benjamin Michael Davies, (Lord Wandsworth Construction) a seasoned professional with a background in business and finance, has been thriving in the U.S. construction industry since 1992. His journey began with eight years at Royal Cabinets, installing cabinets, followed by a shift to residential kitchen remodeling. With a General Contractor license in hand, he has been active in both Southern and Northern California, engaging in diverse residential and commercial construction projects. In his latest venture, W&W (Welch & Wandsworth General Contractors), Benjamin leads a team in collaboration with his business partner Jason Welch, (Jason Welch Construction) offering comprehensive general contracting services, specializing in ground-up home construction, remodels, interior (kitchen & bathrooms) and all exterior work.
Jason Welch
Jason Welch, (Jason Welch Construction) a seasoned professional with a background in commercial & residential construction projects, has been working in the U.S. construction industry since 1992.
His journey began with more than ten years’ experience working in commercial redevelopment and shop fitting with Donahue Schriber (leading commercial open-air realty platform, acquired by First Washington Realty in 2022). He teamed up with Benjamin Davies, (Lord Wandsworth Construction) to embark on a new collaboration when they established Welch & Wandsworth General Contractors.
